OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our primary objective and purpose is to train students in the knowledge of God and the Christian way of life, along with providing a foundation for an excellent education. We believe that Christians must acknowledge that all truth, knowledge, and wisdom ultimately come from God. God, as revealed in the and throughout the Bible is the center of all we do and believe at LMMA.
Our program is designed to meet the developmental needs of all children by providing a nurturing atmosphere that is safe, loving, and supportive of children's individual needs. Through observations, documentations , and assessments teachers can track children's progress and provide curriculum that help to meet developmental goals.

Parents are an integral part of our program. We respect parents as their child's first teacher and realize that they can provide valuable information that aids teachers in providing curriculum that encourages a positive learning experience. We believe that forming partnerships with parents will enhance your child's education in and out of the classroom.

Lauren Dowd
Director of Child Care and Early Learning Programs
My name is Lauren Dowd, I have lived in Alaska my whole life and graduated from Anchorage Christian Schools in 2007. I have my bachelor's in early childhood education and have over 15 years' experience in working with nursery and preschool age children. I have a passion to reach the children and families of Anchorage with the love of Jesus and learning!
Gina Stucky

My name is Gina Stucky, and I am a proud mother of 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren. I have been married for over 30 wonderful years. I enjoy being in the word of God, family and friend time, crafting and my favorite spur of the moment trips with my husband. I have been teaching for over 20 years. I love getting the opportunity to pour into the teachers, families and children I come into contact with on a daily basis.
